1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to return unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.

This 14-day cooling-off period applies to all orders across European countries.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

For voluntary returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

All returned items must be sent back in their original condition, original packaging, clean, and free from scratches or damage.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

3. Warranty & Defective Product Returns

We offer a 2-year statutory EU warranty for all products, starting from the date you receive your order. If your product is defective or malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact us with photos or a video of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
Custom or personalized orders
Items returned without prior authorization
5. Missing or Damaged Items

Please contact our customer service within 14 calendar days after delivery if you receive missing, broken, or damaged goods. We will verify packing records and photos. Confirmed order errors will be resolved with free reshipment or a full refund.

6. Return Warehouse

All returned goods must be shipped to our official return warehouse located in Italy. Please do not send returns to any other address without prior confirmation.

Unclaimed or undelivered packages will be returned to our Italian warehouse, and we will contact you to arrange a follow-up solution.
