How can I view the status of  my order placed? 

  • You can click on the My Accounts tab and log into your account.
  • This page lists all your orders.
  • If you did not create an account you can create one by clicking create account or while on the checkout page.

What will shipping cost me?

  • All our products include free UPS delivery across Europe.

How quickly my order process?

  • We ship orders in the order they are received. 
  • Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time.
  • If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately, we will however work to ship it quickly.  
  • Orders on Saturday and Sunday get shipped out on Monday. 
  • Most orders require 1-2 working days for review, packing and pre-shipping processing.

How fast should i receive my order and how i can track it?

  • you will be emailed a tracking number once label printed and ready to ship.
  • Most of our products are large-sized goods, resulting in longer delivery times. Delivery may take 60-90 working days, depending on the actual transportation situation of the carrier. By placing your order, you explicitly agree to this extended delivery period.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) processed securely via Airwallex and PayPal, as well as PayPal account balance and PayPal Credit.

Why is my credit card not accepted?

  • Billing address HAS to match your address that is associated with your credit card. make sure you enter the right information when paying.

Is it safe to use my credit card? 

  • Yes!!! We are a Trust Certified E- Store with all the required web security online.

What is the warranty on items purchased from our store?

  • We offer a 2-year statutory warranty for all products in compliance with EU consumer laws, valid from the date you receive your order.
  • We provide a 14-day return policy. You can return unused, unopened and undamaged goods within 14 calendar days after delivery for refund or exchange. For voluntary non-defective returns, the customer shall be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Shipment stuck in transit and taking a very long time to get here?

  • We can not do much in these cases but to wait and call the carrier to figure out why the package is stuck and taking too long.
  • We also recommend that the customer make a claim with the carrier as well.

I Didn’t receive the item - I was out of town, busy ,refused?

  • If the package is shipped via UPS, you can track the location of your package.
  • When UPS is unable to deliver to your address, they will send you a postcard so that you can pick it up or request another delivery.
  • If they are unable to deliver, the package will be returned to our Italy warehouse. And we will contact you via email or phone to solve the problem.

My package got Lost, stolen, or damaged? 

  • If the package was lost, stolen, or damaged while been shipped by the carrier, the carrier only can assist you with the process of covering back your lost package by making a claim. 
  • Please have all the information pertaining to the package ready so you can inform the carrier agent.

My package is missing items?

  • Please contact us and submit a claim within 14 calendar days upon delivery.
  • We will check our warehouse records and packing pictures. If the shortage happened on our end, we will ship missing items free of charge immediately.

  • All orders require 1-2 working days processing time before shipping.
  • Order tracking: Please wait for 24 to 72 hours after your package has been shipped for tracking information to be updated.
