1. Shipping Coverage & Method

Coverage: We ship to all European Union member states and selected additional European countries.
Carrier: All orders are dispatched via UPS, providing reliable and fully trackable door-to-door delivery.

2. Pricing & Included Costs

All product prices displayed on our website include:

  • The product itself

  • All applicable customs duties and import VAT (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

  • Standard UPS shipping to your delivery address

You will see the final total in your cart before checkout — there are no hidden charges. Free UPS delivery applies automatically to all orders over €99. Orders of €99 or below are subject to a shipping surcharge calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Most orders go through a 1–2 working day processing period for final review, packing, and pre-shipment preparation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but dispatch will remain our priority.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Our products are large-format salon and SPA equipment. Due to their size and the logistics involved, the estimated delivery time is 60–90 working days from dispatch.

Explicit Agreement Required: Before placing your order, you will be asked to explicitly confirm that you understand and accept this extended delivery window. If you do not agree, the order cannot be processed.

Actual delivery times may vary by destination and local logistics conditions. We will keep you updated of any significant delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once a UPS shipping label is created, the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Please allow 24–72 hours for UPS to activate the tracking information.

6. Delivery & Failed Delivery

UPS will attempt delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the address is correct and someone is available to receive the item.

Our large equipment is delivered fully assembled and ready to use, with standard curbside/doorstep delivery included. If you require carry-in, placement, or assembly services beyond the curb, please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order.

If delivery fails for reasons attributable to you — incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, failure to be present after UPS attempts, or any other act or omission on your part — the package will be returned to our returns warehouse in Italy.

Once the package is received back, we will contact you within 3 working days and offer the following solutions:
 Re-delivery: You pay the actual re-shipping cost (an invoice will be provided).
 Refund: A refund of the product price minus the actual return shipping fees incurred by us and a fixed handling fee of €[amount] to cover our initial dispatch costs. We will provide a breakdown of all deductions.
 Store credit: A voucher equal to the full value of your order (including original shipping), usable on any future purchase.

If delivery fails for reasons not attributable to you (carrier error, package lost in transit, our mistake), we will either re-deliver at no extra cost or issue a full refund of all amounts you paid — whichever you prefer.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no additional customs fees or import taxes for you to pay upon delivery. If you are contacted by customs or UPS asking for payment, please notify us immediately and do not pay — we will resolve it directly.

8. Remote Areas

Delivery to remote areas may slightly extend transit times, but we do not charge any additional fees for remote location delivery.
