Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage & Method

  • Coverage: All European countries.
  • Carrier: Exclusive UPS delivery for reliable and traceable shipping.

2. Free Shipping Threshold

  • Free UPS delivery for all orders over €99.
  • Shipping fee applies to orders €99 or below (calculated automatically at checkout).

3. Order Processing Time

  • Most orders require 1–2 working days for review, packing, and pre-shipping preparation.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, processing may be slightly delayed, but we will prioritize dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Due to our products being mostly large-sized salon/spa equipment, the estimated delivery time is 40–45 working days after dispatch.
  • By placing an order, you explicitly agree to this extended delivery period for large items.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly by destination country/region and logistics conditions.

5. Order Tracking

  • A UPS tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the shipping label is issued.
  • Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to be updated by UPS.

6. Delivery & Failed Delivery

  • UPS will attempt delivery to your specified address; you can track the delivery status in real time via the tracking number.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our Italy return warehouse.
  • We will contact you within 3 working days of receiving the returned package to offer solutions:

    ① Re-delivery (customer covers additional shipping fees)

    ② Full refund (including original shipping costs)

    ③ Store credit of equal value

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • All products are delivered fully assembled (no self-installation required).
  • Delivery times to remote areas may be extended slightly (no extra fees).
